Description
Full Spectrum Raw CBD and CBDA Oil
This is the oil as the plant makes it. Raw extract is the least processed option we stock: nothing is decarboxylated beyond what happens naturally, and nothing is refined out.
What raw means
- It contains CBDA. In unprocessed hemp, most of the cannabinoids sit as CBDA, the acidic form. Heat converts CBDA into CBD. This oil is only partly decarboxylated, so it carries both.
- Nothing has been taken out. The plant matter and waxes stay in, along with the full spread of cannabinoids.
- Some people simply prefer it. Raw extract is the closest you can get to the hemp itself, and that is the reason it has a following.
- It looks and tastes like a cannabis oil should. Black, thick and bitter, rather than pale and neutral.
Strength
One millilitre, or gram, holds 170 mg of whole plant cannabinoids at a 17% concentration.
Handling
The material is unrefined, so it is dense and strongly flavoured. Warm it gently before measuring, and keep it cool and dark.
