Raw CBD Paste, 17%

Raw paste is the least processed extract we sell. The hemp is extracted with CO2 and then left largely as it came out of the plant.

The natural waxes are still there, along with the plant matter and a broad spread of cannabinoids. Nothing has been winterized out or distilled away.

Why the raw form suits some people

• CBDA is still present. CBD exists as CBDA in the growing plant, and heat converts one to the other. This paste is only partly decarboxylated, so you get both.
• The waxes and minor cannabinoids stay in the extract instead of being stripped out.
• A little goes a long way once you blend it into a carrier oil or a balm.

• 17% whole plant extract
• 170 mg of CBD and CBDA per millilitre
• Organic and CO2 extracted

It is thick, dark and strongly flavoured. That is what an unrefined extract is like, and for many people it is the reason they choose it. Warm it gently and it becomes easier to handle.

Looking after it

Store somewhere cool and dark. If the paste stiffens, stand the container in warm water for a minute before measuring.
